I wanted to take a minute to share my story and why I'm so passionate about helping women 35+ finally figure out what's actually going on with their bodies.

I grew up an athlete, but like many of you, I lost my way in college and went through the whole all-or-nothing cycle for years.

I'd go hard, be "good," then fall off and gain the weight back, over and over again.

I tried everything: keto, fasting, paleo, you name it.

Nothing stuck.

Once I had kids and life got busy, the extremes stopped working anyway.

It wasn't until I went back for my masters in exercise science and sports nutrition that everything clicked.

I got serious about strength training, prioritizing protein, and building habits I could actually stick to. Things finally started to shift.

Now I'm a mom of three boys, running a business, managing a household, and living the travel soccer life. I know what it takes to make this work in the real world.

I also know what it feels like to watch women do everything right and still not get results.

Not because they weren't trying hard enough, but because nobody had ever looked for the root cause.

So I went deeper.

I started running extensive bloodwork on myself and my clients to find out what was actually going on, and what I found changed the way I coach forever.

And it changed me too. I get my bloodwork done regularly, I train and supplement smarter, and I'm more capable than I was ten years ago.
